Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and see how the locals live. It has also been a great fun to host people!

Interests

Sport has always been a big interest for me. I trained track and field for almost 10 years, but decided to quit because it became too time-consuming. But I never quit doing sports! I like to run, go to the gym, dance and do yoga.

As to balance my interest to sports, I really like food. I like to bake and cook and try new recipes and try new cafés and restaurants.

Music, Movies, and Books

As to books, Game of Thrones has been my latest real book crush. I read them last year and haven't really recovered yet. In general I like Finnish, Swedish and Icelandic pop and folk music and all kinds of latin music from salsa to flamenco to bachata. My favourite artists include Hjálmar, Ásgeir, Veronica Maggio, Paperi T, Jaakko Eino Kalevi, Samaris, FM Belfast, Kapten Röd, Röyksopp, MEW, for example.
