I am an aspiring Digital nomad. Physicist by profession, I teach physics, math and chemistry online and that is how i intend to keep my self on the road for now.

My goal is to be permanently on the road at one point, hopefully very soon, but at the moment I am making smaller trips and tours.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Digital nomadism still in it's development so not nearly enough money to do Airbnb all the time :). Jokes aside, in my previous trips I found couch surfing much more pleasant than Airbnb or similar stays. I like roaming around alone but when you are new in the city you can learn so much more about the place, the culture, language, and generally have much more fun, if you are with a couch surfing host.
Some of my best travel experiences were those with couch surfing host.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like classical music, rock, punk, synth pop and electro. I used to play the piano and I am kind of back to playing it again, experimenting with modulating the sound through computer.

Film is very important for me . I actually write on some portals about films and culture and I am in the process of making a small documentary. It is my wish to perhaps work more seriously on film in the future. But it is work in progress.
Some of my favorite films are: Metropolis, Lorens of Arabia, Paths of glory, Blade runner, Almost famous, Fight club, The graduate, Goodbye Lenin, there is actually so many it would be stupid to make a full list. I also like Yugoslavian movies also since Yugoslavian cinematography although not so popular around the world, in its prime was exceptionally good and it made a strong impression on me.

Like I said I am online teacher, so whatever I teach online I can pretty much teach live I guess, so if you have any math, physics , chem questions feel free to ask, though I think there are more interesting things to do for a host :)
I can also teach you languages, I do that online as well.
I can share any tips about my small nomadic/travel experience so far, how to travel low cost, best way to book transport or a stay etc.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

Like I said I am a freelance teacher and hopefully soon to be a digital nomad. So with any of my hosts I can share tips and advises from in case he/she wishes to partake similar path.

I am not much of a cook but I am always willing to cook something for/with my host. I love cooking hangouts very much. In general I would always like to hang out with my host and learn from and about him/her as much as I can.
House chores is also of course something I will gladly share with my host.

And if hosts wishes I can always bring with me a particular souvenir of his choice from the last country I've been to.
