About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Visit more places and keep making amazing friends along the way.

ABOUT ME

I'm a laid back and friendly guy from the English countryside. I'm easy to get on with and always up for a laugh.

PHILOSOPHY

If you are nice to me then I'll be nice to you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am pretty new to it but enjoyed my first cs experience. I'd definitely be willing to host in the future when I finally decide to settle down somewhere.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only surfed once in Melbourne but looking forward to do some more in New Zealand.

Interests

I am fascinated by space and astrophysics but also science in general. It blows my mind and I love a good mind blowing. I have an interest in ancient civilizations such as the Mayans or ancient Egyptians. I like reading books, playing games, going for walks and exploring places that I've never been. I believe that there is a time a mood for any type of music and I couldn't pick any particular genre as a favourite. I am a country boy at heart and love animals and being outside and when I can, I like to be in the garden growing fruit and veggies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love basically any music if I am in the right mood. A big fan of AC/DC. I like a lot of stuff from the 70/80's but anything catchy is good. Always hearing great stuff but not knowing who its by.
I will watch any movies. Comedy, action, horror, chick flick, you name it, I'll watch it and it will have to be pretty damn terrible to a bad review from me.
I was never a big reader back home but since travelling I have got through about 50 books. Any good fantasy or crime fiction can usually get me lost in the pages. Love the Game of Thrones series. I would like to read a few more classics though and to try some autobiographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years of travelling Australia and making some awesome friends. So many incredible experiences and all in all, definitely the best thing I've done with my life so far.

I did a cruise down the Nile in Egypt and saw loads of ancient sites. An amazing and fascinating holiday.

I went to see AC/DC at Wembley stadium, London. The best show I've ever been to.
