I'm from Ireland, have lived as a student and traveller in Japan as well as Netherlands and Norway, but now in America working on my phd!

I am scientific researcher, in environmental science, and I also am a musician. I play trumpet and violin and a bit of some other things, love classical, folk and jazz music.

Outside from my studies I'm also learning japanese, as I love that country and would like to go back there often!

I play lots of music: guitar, violin trumpet. I like to play Irish music, Jazz, folk, classical, world music, anything! This has been a great way to meet people and make friends all over the world, and if we meet maybe we can share some time playing music together!
