About Me
Enjoy the outdoors, hiking and camping, and love sharing that space with others.
Grew up in a maritime community and always feel some passion for the ocean.
Love music from electronic to old folk, amateur banjo picker.
Work in building and retrofitting sustainable homes around Canada.
Spend my off time volunteering with festivals doing harm prevention work. Drink your water kids!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My work doesn't offer me long periods of absence, so most of my trips are short and JAM PACKED! I don't need much of a home base, just a bed at the end of the day to collapse in.
I also love getting the opportunity to meet locals, there's no better way to see a place.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'll pick my top of each
Milo - weird art rap
Lawrence of Arabia - Big ole classic adventure movie
Ink heart - Hardly the best book ever written, but romanticizes books in a way I thought only possible in my head.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I designed and built a solar powered water softening system in Tanzania Africa.
Teach, Learn, Share
Sustainable home building? I'll talk for ages....
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to cook and can make you something tasty! (it'll be tastier if we work together, more love that way)
I also love telling stories, real one, pretend ones, whatever.
Countries I’ve Visited
