About Me

I am an adventure taker who is fairly new to the Pacific Northwest. I love hiking, biking, and music and you will typically not find me at home on the weekends. I am always looking for something to do and it is usually spur of the moment. I work in sales call center environment but my dream job is to be an adventure photographer. I will usually have my camera with me for adventures. I have spent a lot of time traveling around the US and Central America and am constantly looking for opportunities to see new things and meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to meet people in the Northwest who like to travel as well as friendly people wherever my adventures take me.

Interests

My interests are pretty broad, I like music, science, paranormal, nature, geology, mycology, art (making and viewing), anything with water, bicycling, hiking, rafting, exploring.

Music, Movies, and Books

Growing up there were two main musicians my parents would listen to, The Bob's: Bob Dylan and Bob Marley. When I started listening to music on my own it was first 90s alt rock, followed by hip hop, followed by bluegrass, followed by electronic, and everything inbetween. I like to dance so if you can dance to it I can dig it.

My favorite movie is Finding Forrester, I like a lot of movies but I am not a movie buff.

My favorite book is The Alchemist or The Old Man and the Sea. Right now I am reading Apocolyptic Planet by Craig Childs. I like to read a lot but I don't do it enough.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked on 1300 degree coals in Austin TX during a full moon celebration a couple years ago. I didn't understand how it was possible until afterwords. Really, anything is possible.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Gas money, help with any household chores/yardwork, a fairly awesome smile, and hopefully a new friend!
