About Me

I currently live in Bologna, Italy since September 2018. I decided to try out a piece of the dolce vita and enrol at the university here.

All my life, I have loved travelling, meeting new people from all around the world and getting a taste of different cultures. I was lucky enough that both my family and my friends felt the same way, so I got the chance to visit a lot of places. However, as my favourite saying goes -

"I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Six years ago while backpacking through Italy, my friend and I decided to try Couchsurfing out and it turned out better than we would have ever expected. The people who hosted us, became our friends and since then, they have already visited us in Budapest. This is something I can really appreciate, so I decided that I need more of this in my life. World, countries, people, friends, culture, cuisine. Come at me!

Interests

I really like just hanging out with people and actually talk about their lives. At my university I study International Relations & Economics, so I am fascinated with foreigners. I am curious about history, politics, international affairs, movies, books, parties and drunk stories - they are always fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After finishing high school I decided to spend all my money on travelling. I visited a lot of countries in Europe, which was really cool. During my trips, I also took part in a volunteer camp in Italy and Germany, where I worked, cooked, played, partied and met a lot of amazing people. It changed me for the better.

Teach, Learn, Share

Travelling opens up not just your eyes, but your mind and soul as well. Try it out!

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you host me, you will definitely try out some Hungarian beverages like Pálinka or Tokaji wine and also go partying! I like chatting about almost everything, so I hope you like talking!

If you plan on crashing at my place for a few days, prepare yourself for chatting a lot, meeting my friends, partying in ruin pubs, trying out famous Hungarian beverages like Pálinka, and checking out all the famous tourist attractions in Budapest.
