ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and I'm now traveling around New Zealand with my girlfriend. I love traveling, and in particular meeting new people from different places and experiencing their different perspectives. I also love the outdoors, not only biking but also hiking, camping, swimming and most watersports. Another passion of mine is Ultimate frisbee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately as I recently graduated from university I don't have a place of my own and cannot host. When I was biking across Europe I couchsurfed a lot and had a great time and met a lot of cool people, so I'm hoping to continue that in New Zealand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On my bike trip across Europe I spent a lot of my nights couchsurfing and met some incredible people. I've never had any negative experiences, only some slightly awkward ones.

Interests

I love being outdoors: hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, sailing, swimming and playing. I also love Ultimate Frisbee, as well as tennis, badminton, and squash, and the backyard game kubb. I graduated with a degree in math and so I love puzzles, riddles and logic games and am also really interested in biology. I'm also extremely social and love connecting with people, as well as learning from them.
