Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find that couch surfers (abroad mostly but locally too) are 9 times out of10 the best people to have first contact with on foreign soil. Be it to find the best local joints for a beer or to experience something off the stale 'tourist to-do-list' menu.

And that's exactly what I'd like to offer travellers coming through Perth, a tour guide, a drinking buddy, a local who knows a few great drinking holes, camping spots and wild places to explore!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I've been an extra in the Canadian film 'The Right Kind of Wrong' along side Ryan Kwanten.
-I had a butt nekid photo of myself on a mountain used as a promotional tool for a travel company (think naked version of The Christ Redeemer).
- Snowboarded for a mile in only my pink undies and an Aussie flag for Australia Day in -16 Celsius.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to swear in German and Spanish (if you're a native speaker of these languages, please teach me more! 😉) and I can teach you how to snowboard ;) because it's cooler than skiing.

I want to learn new drinking games, musical instruments, wild sports (kite surfing, wake boarding, cliff diving), learn how to swear in more languages and learn how to front flip on a snowboard.

I'll share with you my beers/wine, chocolate and all the crazy stories I've accumulated over the years while working at ski resorts, playing in Australia's mines and accepting way too many challenges.

As well as what's written above I can share my abundance of travel stories/ hilarious mishaps, teach you how to speak like a real 'Strayan, show you how to pack with military precision and share with you my wild sense of humour.
