I am open minded and interested in learning about other cultures and how people live around the world, most of my interests and hobbies are in some way related to my (probably unrealistic) aspiration of moving towards living a fully nomadic lifestyle as sustainably as possible.

I signed up to couchsurfing to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds from all over the world, I hope to be able to host couchsurfers in the future when I own my own couch, I can in the meantime however show people around lancashire and I can offer tent space and a tent to use if contacted in advance.

Interessi

I am enthusiastic about outdoor activities like hiking and camping and have a keen interest in sustainable living and permaculture, I also really enjoy practising and learning about bushcraft and practical skills. I am also a martial arts practitioner although I am not currently taking classes in any disciplines I would be very interested to meet martial artists from around the world and hopefully learn something about some of the less popularised disciplines from other countries.

Musica, film e libri

I listen to very varied music genres but the ones I listen to the most regularly are classical, folk and heavy metal based genres.
I don't watch much television but I do enjoy most comedy films and programs.
My favorite book genres are probably historical fiction and fantasy but I also like to read non-fictional accounts of explorers and adventurers.

As a guest in someones home I strive to ensure my hosts enjoy having me over by making sure I tidy up after myself and offering to help out where possible. I love listening to peoples stories and sharing my own. I also know a fair amount about the history of England and some interesting folk stories that you likely will never have heard before.
