ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Albuquerque, I lived there almost my entire life, minus one year spent studying abroad in Swansea, Wales, which ended up being the best experience of my life!! I absolutely love to travel, whether it is in New Mexico, the USA or around the world, I am always eager to see/experience new things. I am a total football (soccer) nut and can never get enough of it!! I am a diehard Liverpool supporter, have been since I was a little kid and nothing's changing! I recently moved to DC in October 2015 for a job, and have been loving it so far! It's been a great, exciting, crazy place to be, and it's been such a great change for me! Still exploring and getting to know my new city, I love getting out and seeing more, it seems endless here!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have plenty some experience hosting people from all over the world in Albuquerque. Also experienced my first Couch Crash, which was awesome, so glad so many cool people came to see the city. In DC, I haven't participated lately, and my roommates are not CSers, so I'm not hosting at the moment. But would love to meet up with people in the city to explore.

Interesses

My passion is football (soccer) and I have been a diehard Liverpool fan for my whole life, however painful that has been. I cannot get enough football, totally obsessed!!!! I also really love outdoor sports, especially kayaking, rock climbing, skiing and mountain biking. I haven't done much here in the DC area, but I'm dying to get out of the city! My other passion is traveling, simply the best way to gain new experiences, meet new people and understand ourselves and the world around us. I am open to traveling just about anywhere, just to experience something different

I am so curious about the place or places I'm living, I want to share what I know about them and learn from people that have different experiences than me. I am so interested to hear CSers' perspectives on everything, just to gain a better understanding of our world! I am crazy about learning languages too, so I am always down to learn from real native speakers :)
