My property is in the Loongana valley looking into Black Bluff. I'm nearly self sufficient growing fruit, nuts, small fish farm, sheep, composting worms and a vegetable garden. My water is spring fed and I have a micro hydro power system. Flora, fauna and native animals make relaxing interesting. There is no public transport to here and its not easy to find, directions can be sent.
