To see as much of the world as I can in the next few years, and to try to learn something from everyone I meet along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am in my early thirties, from Ireland but living in New Zealand the last few years.

I left home in 2013, spent 7 months travelling through South America, and then continued on to New Zealand. I have done some travelling around NZ, but I have kinda settled into the working life here. I hope to get back on the road in another few years, but I'm in New Zealand for the time being.
I love the travelling life, and I love getting to know other travellers to hear their stories and experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My girlfriend and I are living in Lower Hutt, close to Wellington, so we can host backpackers heading to the Wellington region. We both work Monday to Friday so we could probably only host people on weekends. I like trekking around the hills here so I could take people on a few day-treks if they're up for it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked a few hundred kilometres through the Himalayas when I visited Nepal in early 2016
