I'm easy going, cheap, and will sleep anywhere and eat anything. Bus? Taxi? Motorcycle? I'd rather walk. I'd love to visit you, learn your language, taste your cuisine, sip your spirits, and chat about the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed through eastern France: Grenoble, Marseille, Dijon, Lyon, Abbeville.

Surfed around Viti Levu, Fiji's big island.

Stumbled upon a nice family and volunteered for a few months in Kampala, Uganda before cycling around Lake Victoria.

Found wonderful new friends and hosts in Ethiopia who helped me find my feet there.

Took five weeks to ride my bicycle solo around Lake Victoria in east Africa. Disease! Tempests! Fatigue! Sunburn! But the good friends, spectacular views, and help made up for all that.
