Overview
About Me
I'm a 30-year-old student with a passion for travelling and foreign cultures. I study Brazilian Studies at Aarhus University, which has given me the pleasure of getting to know Brazil on three different occasions. I've studied twice in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro as well as travelled around for a few months in between my two stays there. Nowadays I consider myself semi-Brazilian. :)
As a person I'm well-behaved and relatively extrovert with a decent sense of humour. I like a good conversation whilst enjoying a beer. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a unique opportunity to get to know other people you wouldn't otherwise get to know. It's also an interesting and authentic way of exploring new countries and cultures on a more personal level.
Interests
I'm a mad football fan, especially when it comes to Liverpool FC and CR Flamengo! I love cooking, travelling (as I've already mentioned), hanging out with friends and spending time with my family. Learning new languages is also an interest of mine.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like almost all types of music, but my preference is probably rock - and Brazilian music (funk carioca is awesome!). I don't read A LOT, but I do watch a decent amount of movies. Too many great movies to choose a favourite!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Throwing caution to the wind and getting to know Brazil, thus becoming a much more accomplished traveller and adventurer in this exciting world!
Teach, Learn, Share
What I can teach ... well, Danish, English and Portuguese? ;) I can share stories and experiences though, and I'd love to learn about the country and culture I'm visiting!
What I Can Share with Hosts
As mentioned before, I can share stories and experiences as well as a good time in general! :)
