About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel around the globe, a beer guide in one hand, a novel in the other, backpack on my back, headset and good music on my ears.

ABOUT ME

I'm a homebrewer working at the Cretan Brewery Charma as a brewer, but the homebrewing virus is still burning strong inside me! My dream is to start my own brewpub, a place where I'll brew my experiments, offer them to people who can appreciate them, and see their happy faces the moment they take this first sip!
I'm one of these guys who always find a way to listen to music even when that's prohibited, I love music, mostly progressive rock like Pink Floyd, Camel, Eloy and Gentle Giant and Thrash-Progressive Metal, but I do fit in every music style. As long as it's nicely played, good music is good music.
I'm also designing and building my own pedals for guitar and bass, and trying to make my first guitar amplifier.
I want to travel literally everywhere, from the small ranches of Kansas and Tennessee to the fishing villages of New Zealand!
I currently write in a beer blog and I have a beer review show (on YouTube) with a friend). I currently plan on writing some articles for a music web magazine.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to live my life as spontaneous as I can. The moment I decide about something, I just do it! I never hesitate because I believe that, if you think of something too long, then all the magic is gone. Just do it, and see what happens!!
I also won't compromise to having a job that just gives me money to live, but doesn't appeal to me. I prefer working for a lot less, but doing what I want to do, and that being brewing, since I got my diploma, I visited some European countries and talked with professional brewers about their experience, seeking their wisdom and their advices. That helped me land a job in a micro-brewery, a really hard and tiresome job, one that will never drive me to boredom though!!!
