About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn as much as is possible about how the universe works its magic... I want to make a discovery in the field of physics which will alter how people view their immediate reality.

ABOUT ME

I'm somewhat of an oddball, I like to think I'm a fun person, I am typically serious and focused on my studies but I certainly crack up as often as is needed :)

PHILOSOPHY

No matter how far you delve, there is always more to learn.

Interests

Physics, Engineering, Music, Rock climbing, cycling, swimming, camping, music festivals, a well made beer, perfectly cooked steak, my pet wolf, awesome friends, new information, nifty trinkets, books, books, and more books...

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical, Jazz, Indie, Some electronic... I like classic movies like the Court Jester, The scarlet Pimpernel, White Christmas, Singing In The Rain, and the like. Book? Anything with new information :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer i spent 5 weeks in Tanzania doing research on the educational system in the bush. I did most of my travel on a motorcycle that i bought and almost got myself killed by a camera-shy bull-elephant... highly recommended ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an engineering researcher and educator so if you want to know something technical i may be of service, haha.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of good stories! Plus, i usually find some way to thank my host, be it with a small gift from my travels, by picking up the check at a meal, or by getting some drinks :D
