我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

First of all: Couchsurfing is for me about meeting people, learning and sharing - not about a free place to sleep. My wife and me host to meet interesting people, not to help you save money!
i'm hardly surfing myself. Tilburg is not really a touristic place, but every year we have different music-Festivals in Tilburg, and every year we host visitors who attend those festivals or concerts.
We even hosted complete bands (6 people) who played at one of those festivals..
Well-known festivals here are Roadburn (Metal-hardrock), Incubate, Best kept Secret-festival, festival Mundial, Wooh-Hah-festival (international hip-hop), but lots more...

Jazz is my main musicstyle, but i also like pop and rock. Almost every friday we visit jazzclub Paradox, one of the best jazzclubs in Holland, but we also visit poppodium 013 if there are interesting concerts..

Both me and my wife Els are easy-going and it depends on where we are and what the host wants wether we stay at his/her place or go out..
We love to talk about almost anything, we love to drink a glass of red wine with the host and share common interests..
