CURRENT MISSION

In Malaysia and the surrounding countries, our mission is to conduct free drug-awareness and anti-smoking programs in schools, colleges and other institutions. We also do another program about aiming to succeed and spending money wisely!

ABOUT ME

It looks from this profile that we're pretty new to couchsurfing but in fact we've been members since a few years and have a separate profile under the name of PeterSue in Suva, Fiji! Because we recently got an apartment in Penang, we started this second profile...
We love couchsurfing, we love traveling and we love doing charity work! In Fiji, our main base, we bring school and library books to donate in village schools, as well as wheelchairs, clothes and other items to give to people in need, (see our website www.pacificoutreach.com).
In Malaysia we won't be distributing items so much but will be more concentrating on doing motivational programs in the schools and orphanages, as per the examples in our photos. As time goes on, we hope we can visit some of the nearby countries to do similar work.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've really enjoyed staying with other CS members in Malaysia, India, Thailand, Singapore and Spain! We've also enjoyed the experience of hosting in Fiji and will be having our first CS guest in a few weeks.....

Interests

We basically love 2 things: travel and doing charity work that helps others. We combine the 2 by getting a round-the-world ticket each year. Apart from that, we love nature, friendly people, meaningful films and healthy food!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
