Right now i am in a state of my life where i am working and traveling/experiencing stuff consecutively. >

ABOUT ME

I'm a openminded and responsible person, who are not afraid of giving a helping hand here and there. I have a reasonably good knowledge about a lot of subjects and i like conversing. I play music (i and some friends have a rockgroup (passpåJazz https://www.facebook.com/Passpajazz). I have an old woodenboat so i sail a little, i brew my own cider and i am training my leather handwork. Since i was 12 i have worked in 4 different farms with cows and one farm with pigs, so even though i don't have a real education i have been involved in the planning of feeding and soilwork so i know a fair bit about agriculture. Also my garden occupies me a lot and here my main project is learning to graft my own apple trees. I also spend a lot of time visiting friends all over and socializing with the people i meet is very important to me.

PHILOSOPHY

I tend to take things as they come. However it is very important to me that people can depend on me if they need help to do anything and in general. I live by the philosophy that the widest shoulders has to bare the most, and since i have pretty wide shoulders i also takes a lot on me. I like it when i can help people, and i like when people can help me. I am pretty straight forward.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now i have only surfed, sadly but since i am currently living with my parents and later this month is going to live in the danish-folk-highschool it has only been possible for me during 3 months of work in Sjælland, but this was placed so far out in the countryside that only my old frenc host-family visited from foreign countries. When i am moving out (hopefully in about six months time) i will be happy to host though!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some, but only one organized by this webpage. It was in Rotterdam and was A LOT of fun, and relaxing, and socializing with our host. Other than that i have some times gone on bicycle trips with my tend just sleeping in peoples gardens, which has actually been a real success for me.

Interests

I play guitar, mostly jazz. I am a recently graduated high school student. I work at a farm with cows. I own a little boat, so i sail, I brew cider, and i am working on how to do grafting. Furthermore my newest hobby is music production, which has turned out to be not simple!

Pink floyd, gnags, Kaizers Orchestra, Supertramp, Bill Withers, Avishai Cohen, Ibrahim Malouf, Jakob Fischer, Django Rheinhardt, NHØP, Jorma Kaukonen, Brecker Brothers, Weather Report, Charlie Parker, Keith Jarret, Jan Johanson, E.S.T and so on...... Just some of the music i listen to.
Books, well 1984 is nice! The Process, historical and cultural litterature of any kind and right now i am reading a book exploring how the brain works. Of movies i have seen many nice ones, but an example could be "A beautiful mind" but i like anything in movies, (well almost at least!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I tend to think that everything is amazing, from pulling a calf from it's mother, to the milk they are giving. From coming into a french family feeling like home instantly to playing with my band at 3 o clock in the morning, they are all amazing, you can pick one!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about anything considering danish culture, i know a lot about danish history in general and i particularly know something about an interesting period from 1800-1960, which was the forming of the danish society as we know it, and which it is changing from!!! If you wan't to know about the danish school-system i am the one to ask as well as if you are wondering what folkehøjskole means. I also play a decent guitar, so off course i can teach you that. Sailing and baking bread are crafts of mine too, and if you wan't to see something of or learn something of danish agriculture and nature in general i will at least know where to start.
