我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've been hosting people in my various couches since 2009, first with my roommates then on my own, and now with my boyfriend who turned into a hosting addict as well :)

If I have a place to stay, why not share it with people who need it ? I love the feeling of welcoming strangers into my home and becoming a little part of their trip. Also, new friends, from everywhere.

兴趣

Listening to stories. Any story, from anywhere, as long as there is someone to tell, write, sing or mimic it.
I also like talking to anyone, cooking last minute meals, learning new music instruments, and walking or swimming till the end of the world.

Favorite music : the one you play ! There's nothing I like more than hearing someone play/sing random songs.

Books : anything by Jorn Riel, Terry Pratchett, Haruki Murakami, Daniel Pennac, many many others, and unevitably Lewis Caroll.

Movies : indie, foreign, strange, poetic cinema, animation, science-fiction, pretty much anything with good lighting and/or imagination (preferably both).

Getting invited to a magnificent Indian wedding by strangers I met a few minutes before.

Roaming then diving at sunrise in a perfectly still Finnish lake.
