ABOUT ME

I usually work around 4 hours per day, like to cook, running long distances, riding motorcycles, shooting assault rifles and looking out of the window when it rains.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we are free to choose - our goals, our actions, people around us, our life. Hence I believe that responsibility is a very important character trait.

I'm also a big fan of rational thinking. Without science and enlightement we would still be living like savages.

Therefore I'm not into any esoteric pasttimes :-) In similar fashion, I spent 10 years with nutrition science and because of that I enjoy cooking steaks without any guilt. And since science papers and statistical manipulations are my hobbies, I feel nothing but joy burning gasoline when I'm riding my motorbike knowing the environment is just fine with that.

I don't hate other views, everyone is free to choose. But I do not like people coming to my place and trying to convince me with ridiculous claims why only their opinions are valid.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in an old two bedroom flat and am the only person here. I rather spend my money on investment and buildin my companies, so don't expect anything fancy :-) You may use the other private bedroom one with a scenic view of Brno.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve been couchsurfing in Nice, hosted some surfers and been to several CS meetings. That was a long time ago before I started my businesses. Now I finally don't have to work that much and can host again.

Music - I can enjoy good classical music as well as good death metal or a rap album.

Books - history books, classics like Umberto Eco, sometimes pop science books, but mostly a lot of running books. Favorite book is an "Antidote" from Burkeman.

I felt my body as an object that I just own and use, not that I am, as my consciousness detached from my body when I was in deep shit racing my favorite ultramarathon.
