Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION.
Dream it.
Believe it.
Achieve it.
ABOUT ME.
I´m a Slovakian who is completely in love with travelling, my motto is : "Work, save, travel -- repeat!"
I recently finished my university studies which I quite enjoyed (most of the time, ahah) but I feel like I want something different so now I´m searching for what would make me happy. I think that life is the best teacher so I´m here to learn and meet people on my way who will make my life richer.
I temporarily live in England and am planning to go on a grand adventure afterwards.
I believe in the strength of the human mind. I´m convinced that we can achieve our dreams if we try really hard.
I’m a traveller and a dreamer. I make my desires for adventure a reality.
I love travelling. I travel because I´d rather look back at my life and say "I can´t believe I did that" instead of "if only I had.’’
My travel experiences have become the most rewarding part of my life so far - both the good and the bad so I keep collecting the memories and experiences.
I love to just sit and look at all the photos from my past, to go back in time and be grateful for everything I’ve experienced. To remember all the amazing people who I came across and every moment of my life.
I always say:
- "Be grateful for everything you’ve got and life will reward you more for it."
- "Be grateful for your health and body because it´s the greatest gift you will ever receive and the most important thing you will possess."
- "Be grateful for your family because they will always be there for you."
- "Be grateful for all your friends and all the people in your life because they make it unique."
I´m a creative person so I love to do DIY!
I´m an artist too. I like to get lost in my mind, to go to my own little art world. I like to paint - Nothing ordinary. Ordinary is boring. I like to use a little bit of reality mixed with a little bit of abstract.
But to be honest I don´t paint very often but when I do I fully enjoy it. I do it to cross the borders of my mind and to feel totally free.
I´m a very organised person but surprisingly I don´t like to plan. I love to be spontaneous and enjoy the unexpected adventures that come my way.
I love to move- I can´t just sit around and do nothing! I love to go beyond my home and live in new countries, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures and languages.
PHILOSOPHY
"Everything happens for a reason".
-- Believe or not it´s TRUE! -- Coincidence doesn´t exist.--
Think about it, how many times have you been in the right place at the right time or something happened and it lead you to something else. Or maybe you met someone who then introduced you to someone else and you did this or that. You see, it works, it´s a chain.
That´s why you are where you are, that´s why you’re reading my profile right now and that´s why maybe we’ll meet in a few days, a few weeks, or even in a few years. Or maybe we’ll never meet because it´s not meant to be.
Maybe we will become friends for life or maybe we will never see each other again. Who knows :)
That´s what is so great about life... we never know. We are here to explore. The world is here to be explored. We are here to learn, to teach, to share and to become role models for those who are lost. The world is there for us so we should be there for it.
..Remember..
‘’In whatever you do, follow your heart and you’ll never be lead astray.’’
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A good question,
My mum always asks me that.
I just love the idea of sharing and not asking for anything in return.
Everybody knows how today´s world works. If you don´t pay you won´t get anything. Unfortunately, nobody gives you anything for free. When in actuality this is not always true and we travellers can attest to that. Remember all the times you’ve met amazing people who graciously helped you without expecting anything in return or just smiled at you and made your day. That´s what makes CS special!
--To share!--
To share accommodation, food, memories, experiences, culture, stories and tons of other things! -- knowing that even if you don´t ask for anything in return you will get it back sometime in the future and you´ll meet others who will do the same for you.
That´s the real spirit of CS :)
Most importantly I love CS because it has allowed me to meet really really nice people who became my friends. Friends, with whom I am still in touch with today, that´s why I appreciate this site so very much.
Interests
I´m really interested in languages. I like to learn them and take great pride in being able to hold conversations in a new language, ahah :) I love all the different structures of languages and how they actually work.
I like to hang out with friends, have a beer, chill or have a fun night out!
I can enjoy anything as long as it’s with the right company :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I do like watching movies and reading but I can´t help myself and I usually fall asleep.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Get to know me personally and I´ll tell you :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the basics of my own language, tell you about my experiences travelling, and share some of the knowledge I´ve gained during my travels- what to do and what to avoid, ahha.
I can teach you how to prepare Slovak yummy dish if you trust me to cook :D.
I´m keen to learn new things so I´ll be very pleased if there’s something you can teach me... .anythiiing!!... :)
