I try always to see the positive side of situation. Even when that is difficult.

I went on a trip around the world for 20 months and directly after that I start working in a yoga & mediation centre in Spain till COVID started.

Iam really open en social but don’t mind (and sometime even prefer) to be on myself. Reading a book or go to bed quite early.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like hostels but you don’t have the contact with local people which are the heart of the country you’re visiting. To get more understanding of a country, her culture and her people I try to have lots of contact with the locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quite my job, rent out my apartment, sold my car, gave the rest of my stuff to charity and went on a worldtrip!

Doing volunteer work for the LGBT community for more than 12 years now.

Organized (together with all other volunteers) a Gay event for more than 55.000 people with my volunteer organization

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn more about art, philosophy, local politics, writers, buddhism, cooking, food and many many more subjects.

Iam very open to learn about topics which are standing quite far away from me (e.g religions, different styles and ways of living)

I just want to understand why people are living or believing certain things, without judging it, and maybe even get enthusiastic about it! :)
