Hey world, my name is Petro, l was born in Saint-Petersburg but lived all my life in Ukraine, that wasn’t my decision but I don’t mind. The mentality around told me to think of work and money so l become an engineer and last 10 years l have been building my career on that field. My current work is giving me a lot of opportunities to travel, see the world and obviously provide me with decent money. But, the more l travel and see the world the more it is difficult for me to return back to the office routine. The filling that I’m doing something wrong is raising daily and the thought of quitting the job and run to a long travel in the name of finding myself somewhere else become stronger, of course it scares me a lot, but what can l do. That’s pretty much my story for the moment, or at least the most important part.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and it's nice to meet new people in new places and a good opportunity to explore foreign countries from inside point of view. Couchsurfing is a nice community where people has certain mindset.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and my friend did a Mongol-Rally in 2016, and the next year under impression we did another road trip, we drove the 40 year old Russian car from Ukraine to Morocco and back.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know Russian, Ukrainian and English, I'm an expert in CAD design (not really useful on traveling hehe), I'm interested in learning different cultures, the food, drinks, architecture and the people of course.
