About Me

CURRENT MISSION

meeting all the amazing people out there!

ABOUT ME

I'm Julia. I live in Vienna where I work as a freelance interpreter and translator.
I either talk or laugh or sing pretty much all the time.
Well, and the rest about me you're welcome to find out yourself (:

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short.
Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably,
and never regret anything that made you smile.
-Mark Twain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new people and even if I don't always have a couch to offer (which depends on how much work I have for uni), I'm always happy to show you around Vienna!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I found out about couchsurfing when I travelled Australia in 2006 and since then, I have never travelled any other way. I've only met amazing people through it all over the world and I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to actually get to know the countries they travel and not only hop from one sight to another. Couchsurfing is not just finding a free place to sleep for the night but it's about meeting new people and getting to know them and their lives and maybe even become good friends. It's that simple and that's what makes it great! (:
