About Me
Just moved to Rio de Janeiro, I want to meet new people!
Hey there, welcome to my profile at CS (:
My name is Pedro Henrique and I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Only a couple blocks away from the most famous beach in the world: Copacabana!
I'm a fun guy, love to laugh and to make people laugh as well. I enjoy days full of things to do and neverending nights. Meeting new people, new languages and culture.
I work at a TV network as a Programming Trainee, and I've graduated from college last year, with a bachelor's degree in Advertising.
Love to host, I'm always having people over for dinner or drinks.
I'm a bit shy at first, but I can let myself go after a nice conversation. Always thinking about the places that I still want to go, the things that I still need/want to acomplish and the kind of person I want to be. Free will is the best thing we've been given and must be used wisely.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm willing to host all kinds of people to exchange experiences and histories. Also, I've just moved to Rio and I'm in desperate need of new and good friends.
I've couchsurfed before, back in 2010, but then I left the community but I'm truly trying to expand my experience with this kind of sharing and all the learnings and good times that come with it.
Interests
I like TV shows, movies, videogames, music, books, tech. Have a deep knowledge in pop culture. I enjoy going out to bars, restaurants, theaters, but I'm not really into night clubs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been selected amongst over 28K for a position at TV Globo's trainee program and had to left everything behind and move to Rio de Janeiro to pursue my dream job and a career in entertainment and TV.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm willing to TEACH the tricks and tips of the "brazilian way" - including portuguese (with slangs! lol), our local culture & cuisine and anything else that I feel it'll help and/or improve the experience for those around me.
I want to LEARN as much as I can, culturally, humanly and spiritually speaking. From the simplest to the most complex, I'm open to find out whatever the people out there have to let me know.
And I can SHARE a lot of histories about my life and the places I've been, a lot of laughs and love, and a good time with anyone that's looking for it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm willing to show them that it pays off to open their places for travelers like me: I love being around nice people, having a laugh, experiencing good times together and discovering things about each other.
I can cook some tipical brazilian dishes and drinks, I can also share my histories about my life or even help them out with choirs and tasks or anything else that I can be helpful on.
