American currently living in Shenzhen, China. I've traveled around the U.S. playing music... I've lived in China and Taiwan for about ten years. I have also traveled to several other countries like Canada, Jamaica, Thailand, the Philippines, and a few others.

I like to play music, especially with other people. If you host me, if you have a guitar or piano I will definitely play and sing songs with you. I also like to draw and write poems and short stories. I love to cook, especially vegetarian food. I can cook for you if you host me!

I like to learn languages or just talk with people in general. I prefer simple, everyday things over extravagant and luxurious things. I love life.

I love to travel, so I am really passionate about Couchsurfing! I will definitely host people whenever I have a place to accommodate people, and whenever I have the chance!

Music, Movies, and Books

I can appreciate all forms of music. I like Hayao Miyazaki films and science fiction films, or anything that is creative and inspiring. I listen to a lot of audio books so I have read a lot of books this way. I really liked the series of books Game of Thrones was based off of.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived as a monk in Thailand. I lived on a sailboat before, but I don't know how to sail. (:
