ABOUT ME

I'm generally a pretty easy going guy and I like to think of myself as fairly open minded. I'm an introverted extrovert: I am fairly independent but I like (and sometimes need) to spend time with enjoyable people as well. I will to try anything that's new or different (usually), which is why I like to travel, but I am not really the thrill seeking type. I'm still fairly young and what to get the most out of my youth before I have to settle down and start facing the real world

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Both the hosts I've had were great, unfortunately the Volcano in Iceland prevented me for getting to the rest of my potential hosts

Interests

My main interest is in music, every aspect of it. I play piano, guitar, bass, uke, and am trying to learn violin. I write music (or at least try to), in both contemporary and classical styles. Of course, I love listening to music as well.
I consider photography to be my other main interest. I don't have a fancy camera, but I like to think I'm a decent photographer. I mainly do landscape and urban.
On top of that I enjoy reading, writing, and of course hanging out with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

As for movies I generally enjoy dramas or action. My two favorite movies are Fight Club and American Beauty. There are a lot of other films that I enjoy but they are too many to list.
In regards to music, I spend about half of my listening time with classical music, listening to all the greats. Besides that I'm into classic rock, indie, swing, and anything that is good and original.
Finally books, I don't read as much as I should but my favorite book is probably Catcher in the Rye. Besides that I quite liked 1984 and Brave New World.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I consider backpacking across Europe to be a pretty amazing experience.
