About Me
My friends call me Tru.
Stagnation makes me restless. Not knowing what's out there in the world makes me feel small, yet when I travel, I feel even smaller because there's so much to see. But that feeling of being small in a new place is inspiring, hopeful, and full of promises for new adventures. That's the feeling I constantly crave.
I was born in Vietnam. Moved the US when I was 12. Lived in Japan for 3 years. Moved to Hawaii in 2017. Now we are in New York while I study Architecture.
Simple things make me happy. I don't mind silence but would give up sleep for a good conversation.
I'm a little reserved and have serious case of "resting bitch face." But i swear I'm friendlier than I look :)
I dread writing references on here. How do you sum up an amazing human being in just a few sentences? So if we’ve met and you haven’t gotten a reference from me, i apologize. It will take me a while to find the right words.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
