ABOUT ME

I'm an ex extrovert seeking calmness through introspection, meditation and yoga. I teach at the local school, yoga at the local studio and surf when the conditions align. I generally gravitate towards gentle people that are in touch with their spiritual self and those who enjoy meaningful conversations.

PHILOSOPHY

To understand who I am so that my actions and interactions with others are unifying. May we know peace in our thoughts, love in our heart and truth in our words. I would like to host anyone that resonates and aligns with these ideas and would like to work together in sharing our healing gifts, insights and wisdom.
