I have been on a number of long journeys, especially in Asia. I love meeting local people and hearing about their languages and cultures.

I feel lifestyle is younger than my age...haha!

Interests

Love the outdoors, love listening to music. Hike, cycle and swim a lot.
Taught English at many universities in Asia.
I am an RYT 500 qualified yoga instructor and trained for both standard and advanced levels in India.
I eat healthy food and exercise a lot, but I also like to drink and enjoy night times!

I play guitar and have performed a lot as a solo artist and in bands.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled over the high Himalayas from Manali to Ladakh (India) in a bus, which was a 48 hour journey.

I teach and practice yoga. My favourite style is Iyengar yoga.

I was an English teacher from 2005-2016, then I started lecturing.

I love learning languages. I speak intermediate French and Spanish and elementary Mandarin.
