ABOUT ME

i am in switzerland since 2006 (coming from hamburg), first year in kiental, a little village in the berner oberland and then in different places around thun. now again in kiental.

i mostly am calm and peaceful. i like a friendly and harmonious athmosphere but i also like when people just speak out directly what they think or feel.

i eat vegetarian, mostly organic food, i like to cook, i need to take care about my health a little, but i enjoy that somehow
i don`t smoke or drink or go out for partys a lot...but i don`t mind if others do. anyone is free to do what they need and like! also no problem to cook meat in my kitchen... and i love dancing anyways!

i like shiatsu a lot, also because it opens a space for deep and true contact from the heart that you don`t need a lot of words for .
i also like words though ;-) i am a translator for all kinds of bodywork educations and other courses such as dance, music improvisation or whatever...
i also have a job in protocolling at the migration office in switzerland. i hear a lot of stories there, touching stories of refugees and migrants. i would like to learn not to suffer them all but also not to close off and become numb or cold. i like to resonate and learn from what i witness. and i like to see politics from this very personal point of view. personal stories shape my understanding of cultures, countries, political issues...

i like having these various and exciting jobs.
but it also gives me some pretty full and stressfull times some weeks of the year where everything comes together and i would then not be able to host anyone...

music: at the moment: tour raichel collective, the gaslamp killer, rocky wood, nils frahm&olafur arnalds, ludovico einaudi,
films: i have a bad memory for film titles, actors and all that... but i love a good movie at home when its raining! last thing i watched in the movies was lion. intense movie!!
books: uuh, so many but at the moment no time to read. if i read i sink into the book and only dive up again when i have reached the ending. i like fred vargas, george irving, good quality historic novels, childrens books ;-)
