Hi ! We're an easy going couple living in the south of France with our two cats, near the atypical town of Sète. We both traveled in a fair amount of places, and still have many destinations on our list !

Our perfect traveling experience is a mix of nature, meeting lovely human beings, getting advice from locals for great experiences, enjoying the local culture through food, drinks, events, music... We host travelers when we can and enjoy guiding our hosts through our amazing region.

Céline: Grew up in the south of France, lived in Polynesia and for 7 years in Reunion Island. Manages a holiday village since 2 years. Loves animals, especially cats, outdoors, is learning to sing. Loves sun and heat and now tolerates winter after spending a winter in Dublin to learn english.

Philip: Grew up in Burgundy, lived in Paris and in Canada. Is a web developper and starting a wood work activity. Always has a project going on. Plays guitar, is a leisure boxer, tries to grow food in the garden, volunteers in several organizations. Loves cold and winter.

Traveling is a strong thing that we have in both of us, that contributed to forge our personalities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I (Philip) am part of the Couch Surfing community since over 10 years, had lovely experiences staying at peoples places in Canada and Spain, and hosted many travelers in my previous homes in Burgundy and Montpellier. I really like the philosophy of the community, meeting locals is the best way to travel ! Céline discovered CS when I hosted travelers in Montpellier.
