About Me

I'm a traveler on spaceship earth who wants to connect with people and share my world with them. All of my flatmates host Couchsurfers and it's always a lot of fun, so here I go creating my own profile!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's the best way to get to know the country you're visiting. While hosting, it's amazing to suddenly have someone sit next to you at your breakfast table telling you about his or her home country and adventures on the road. Also, I'd like to share my story with people!

Interests

I enjoy reading fiction as well as non-fiction. I love running, though I should do it more often I suppose :) What I couldn't live without is music. I'm always on the hunt for the next track to blow my mind. I also really enjoy having a good conversation!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of electronic music, the likes of Worakls, Teho, Jan Blomqvist, DROELOE and many other kinds of electronica. But I also enjoy some rap or jazz, like Watsky or Balance and the Traveling Sounds.

My favorite movie by far is The Matrix, followed by American Beauty and V for Vendetta. But let's not forget the Lord of the Rings movies of course!

Books ... I really enjoy Hermann Hesse, Alan Watts and the ancient stoics. Right now I am on a Yuval Noah Harari binge. Also, I recently finally started reading Haruki Murakami.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped off a yacht with a drunk millionaire at midnight in the heart of Sydney. I also visited New Zealand, which in and of itself blew my mind, no drugs required :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not much of a cook, but I've perfected my daily porridge recipe. I also make excellent, tasty, delicious scrambled eggs!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

You can have my pair of slippers if you'd like. Also, a glass of wine at night and a cup of coffee in the morning!
