Overview
About Me
SoCal born and bred, but have travelled throughout the world. Love learning and experiencing new cultures and peoples. History intrigues me, but the modern world excites me. I love to find new places to explore, new cuisines to try, and new experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Good to see people who'd love to travel and explore as much as I would.
And in honor of Anthony Bourdain: “Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.”

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: a like a little bit of everything. I go to concerts that vary from symphonies at the Hollywood Bowl to underground metal Mariachi bands. Movies/TV: British comedy (classic and current) tops the list. Books: usually cycling through fiction to non-fiction, modern to classic, drama to comedy; depending on my mood.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Drove across the U.S. from New York to L.A. with my best friend, in the middle of July with a car that had no air conditioning. Next goal is to ride a motorcycle across the U.S, and maybe ride it down all the way to Brazil or Chile...
