Hi my name is Philip i am 21 years old and traveling from Austria 🇦🇹
Backpacking the world with my best friend - started of in New Zealand and made our way up to Sydney now 🤘🏻
I don't have much experience with traveling so as my friend but anyway we did and are very happy about it. We stayed in New Zealand about 6 weeks and travelled the whole north and South Island which was amazing. We met a lot of people in many different places. But it was time to move on - something bigger. Sydney was/is the place to go. Don't know how long we will stay here depends on many factors like work, accommodation and how we get a long. So far we are staying in hostels, getting to know the city and of course the people, the Australian way of living i would say. We are also looking for work and trying to get integrated in the day routine. Couchsurfing is totally new to us. A few friends of mine recommended it to use it because they made such good experiences with it and got to meet interesting people that also lived there. I mean what could possibly be better than meeting and living together with locals that share the sam interests and know the city? Exactly nothing. That's why we decided to give this a go! And perhaps when I come back home and made some good experiences I will be host as well ... ☺️
