About Me
I regard myself as a citizen of the world. I do not pledge allegiance to any single country or religion. I have a feeling there are many others on this site who hold this same notion.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had never heard of couchsurfing until I saw a documentary on the Russian channel RT. I travel extensively with my job and I thought it would be a good way to meet locals.

Teach, Learn, Share
This may sound naive, but I personally believe travel can solve most of the world's problems. I think most people would agree xenophobia is a driving force behind racism and religious persecution, and through travel and meeting people from other countries and cultures, we can eliminate preconceptions , and notice our similarities instead of our differences.
