Overview
About Me
I grew up in London during the 60's and 70's. I left school when I was 18 and went to work in the advertising industry, gaining skills in graphic arts. I loved living in London and the UK. With many friends and family, there was never a shortage of something to do and people to see.
In the early 90's I came to live in Australia, swapping London for life in Melbourne. I'd visited Melbourne in the early 80's and loved the place straight away. Working life changed and I found myself in a variety of jobs over the years including work in restaurants, newspapers, marketing departments and warehousing. I'm at present a bit of an odd job person. I do a lot of gardening (more maintenance as opposed to horticultural work), and painting and decorating.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
We grew up listening to The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Small Faces and all the great from the 60's and 70's. Rock'n'Roll, blues, reggae, punk, and jazz are all favoured. In general I like most most sorts of music and love going to concerts. Love good dance music and some electronica and enjoy going out for a good dance now and again.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling in India several times during the 90's. Always a great joy and adventure.
