ABOUT ME
Hi! I study about non-european politics and I'm trying to learn arabic at university in london. Apart from this, I do voluntary work with asylum-seekers who are in detention centres, try to find people good solicitors or doctors to get people released from detention or stop deportations.
I'd like to host arabic speakers, to get some practice before I go to Egypt in July.
PHILOSOPHY
Take everyday as it comes, don't expect anything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to host people occassionally but also just meet for a drink to hear about your traveling experiences and share languages.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've couch surfed in Israel and Palestine with an old school friend. We stayed with some very kind people in Ramallah and Jenin. It was a good way to meet local people and share stories.
Interests
Cycling round london and not getting run over by buses or taxis! Learning new languages like arabic or french especially. Also want to know more about growing food and building wooden boats...
