I am new to couchsurfing and my friend just told me about it and thinks that I would really enjoy it so I am hoping to try this out sometime! I love to travel despite its expense and Couchsurfing seems like a great way to reduce the cost and to gain an entirely different view on the culture of the particular area in which I am traveling.

Books- I read a lot political and economic books as well as fantasy, historical fiction, and and memiors/biographies. My favorites are "A Fighting Chance," and "Perks of being a Wallflower,"

TV- I am addicted to Netflix and I watch OITNB, House of cards, Downton Abbey, Transparent, Girls, New Girl, The Mindy Project, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, The Office, I love Lucy, How I MetYour Mother, West Wing, Scandal, and I am about to start Game of Thrones

Movies- Netflix has suggested my favorite categories as "Emotional Gay and Lesbian Dramas," and "19th century period pieces based on books" which I feel is far more specific then necessary.
