Trained as a SCUBA diving instructor and reignited my love of the outdoors, matched only by the NZ countryside. Happiest either under the waves or behind the chopping board.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whales feeding on krill whilst dolphins eat baitfish and gannets dive bomb from above. BBC Wildlife eat your heart out.
