About Me
I'm a freelance software developer, entrepreneur, digital nomad, backpacker and coffee lover.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that it's the people, not necessarily the places, that makes the trip worthwhile. To that end, I'm all about meeting up with locals, sharing ideas and forming new friendships along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I'm a sucker for the oldies, with folks like Paul Simon, Earth Wind & Fire, Elton John, Billy Joel, Bob Marley, Cat Stevens and The Beatles topping my list. The likelihood of finding me at a jazz club is pretty high.
Movies:
Too many to name here, but some of my favorites include Memento, The Big Lebowski, The Four Feathers, Pulp Fiction, A Beautiful Mind, Amadeus, The Shining, Fight Club, Cast Away and The Lady Killers.
Books:
I tend to nerd out and read books about entrepreneurship, philosophy and science. One of these days I'll read a novel like a normal person.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the summer of 2015, I spent seven days hiking the incredible Laugavegur Trail (famous backpacking trek in Iceland). In fact, here's a video my friend and I made documenting the trip:
