Hey guys,
I am Philipp, 25 and currently doing my master thesis in the field of biocatalysis and work at a brewery.
In my free time I enjoy mountain biking, climbing/bouldering, collecting and spinning music on vinyl-records, concerts and sometimes beer brewing.
I am always keen to meet new people and get to know them als well as I am always up for learning something new, be it cooking a dish, music, cultural stuff or just good stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard of great CS experiences with so I made my own first experiences in summer 2017 when I was in BC, Canada for some weeks.
In general I think CS is a great way to meet people that actually live in a country and not only meet the always same nations and party people in the hostels. It is also a really personal way to spend time away from home, which is pretty sweet and makes you feel at home in the best cases.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a shit ton of different music, usually outside of what is in the charts or being played on radios stations. I have no special preferences for books or movies, but I am always up to get to know a good book or watch some great movies and go to a rock concert e.g.
