I'm always asking myself: "What is the best way to describe a person?"
Is it what we do and experience or is it what we think and feel that forms our personality.
But of course it is a combination of both.
In the following I will try to give a quick overview about both.

I am 23 years old and I just finished a voluntary year as a geriatric nurse.
Before that I studied "Chemical Biologie" in Dortmund for 3 semesters and one semester "Russian culture" in Bochum.
I am organizing a Poetry-Slam in Dortmund since 3 years and I am also writing poems and short stories.
I am always trying to be kind and to help people if I can and to stand up for things that are right.
I am trying to learn as much about our world as I can, but there are so many things I don't know.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the idea of meeting new people in the cities I visit, and to learn about their culture and their way of live.
I've first heard of it from my older sister, and then wehn I moved from my Parents house in a flat-share my flat-mate had a couch surfing account and we got guests from Brazil , China, Serbia and Belarus and I really liked it to meet new people from different countries.
Now my flatmate moved out, and also I finally have time to travel, so I had to make a new account.

Interests

As I said before, I am a person with many intrests.
I am Intrestetet in Politics and history, and I am fighting Racism, Sexism, homophobia where ever I have to.
But If I don't have to, I won't annoy you.
I love to be creative, to write oder draw, and I always have some paper with me.
I am also intrestet in art and culture and I like to visit museums or events
/ concerts and to see amazing street art.
I love books.
Not just to read them but also their presence.
Most of the time I read fantasybooks ore thriller but I am open for everything else.
I also love fairytales and old stories.
I like sports and should defenetly do more, but most days I prefer to cook (I love cooking) and just going for a walk.
I am also intrested in the nature around me and I love to learn which plants I can eat and which are toxic.
I also like working in a garden and I am part of a garden project in Dortmund.
I like drinking lokal beers and craftbeers and you are welcome to show me your favorite.
I allways try to learn ad much as I can, and if you show me something you love, I will propably be amazed.
