Overview
About Me
I'm an open and relaxed person who continuously trys to get closer to 100% authenticity. I'm intersted in nearly anything, especially in music, sports, technology and philosophy. I love to think and philosophize about things. My "nation" is earth, my "race" human and I believe in equal rights for women and men and everybody. I believe in fairness and the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I believe in cause and effect and I think that emotions are the most important thing in life.
My personality is probably an extroverted introvert. I'm not shy and I can be very extroverted, but often I like to observe and think.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, the essence of travelling is diving into the life of other people and cultures. I'm not much into visiting sights like buildings and stuff, though I love getting into beautiful nature.
Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to get in touch with local people and experience their authentic life without the mostly unauthentic touristic taste.
And if I save a bit of money for accomodation, I can extend my travels.
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to share, I enjoy helping people, especially in things where I have good skills.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had some exiting experiences in Nepal, because of the power cuts it wasn't possible to meet and surf at the first day, but we met in the days after a couple of times, really cool.
My real first surf experience was in Darwin with Amanda and that was awesome. I surfed the couch for one month, after that I rented a room at the neighborhoods house and jumped over Amandas fence everyday :)
Interests
I have a big passion for these three things:
1. Music: I'm a professional songwriter. I love singing and writing songs in German and English.
2. Sports: I'm an outdoor fitness instructor and I like climbing, snowboarding and mixed martial arts and other sports.
