Jeune retraité, après des années passionnantes de boulot comme ingénieur territorial et de nombreuses fonctions, je decide de vivre un nouveau chapitre de ma vie. Libre et disponible. J'adore voyager et la musique classique et l'opéra. Le jazz l’électro Je suis un "paresseux actif". j'aime profiter de bons moments de detente, j'aime cuisiner et recevoir mes amis, j'aime sortir, aller faire mes activités sportives. Ouvert et direct, si je ne paresse pas, je vis vite et j'improvise facilement. j'aime l'inconnu et je fais confiance d'abord, mais je ne suis pas naïf ni simplet... et j'ai l'experience des relations partout dans le monde, où j'ai beaucoup d'amis ... des bonnes experiences et des moins bonnes... prêt à partager, beaucoup de choses.
📌J’ai commencé un tour du monde de mes Amis en février 2018. Pour 2 Ans. Je suis libre d’aller et rester où je veux. Où je suis accueilli où je me sens bien. Où je rencontre des gens sympas.🌎🌍🌏

I'm a young retired guy. My training is civil engineer plus companies management.
I've been working in local authorities (Public spere) at first as civil/construction engineer and quickly progressed into executive manager jobs in many types of French different authorities (hospital, cities, cities community, region)
I've been living 30 years in Reunion island, French ( and European ! ) tropical region in Indian Ocean ( similar to Hawaii ) between Madagascar and Mauritius island. I've decided to take my retirement to live my last part of life really free ! i mean as free as i can and for myself. At first : travelling
after a 8 months trip ( USA Mexico Cuba Mexico USA France berlin) i decided to settle in Bordeaux for a year.
📌But in feb 2018 I decided to begin a 2 years around the world tour, to visit my friends on the 5 continents. 🌏🌎🌍

I'm open minded, very ! I feel free and claim to be. So I of course want to respect people's freedom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe in an alternative way of traveling. I usually receive people at home (air Bnb....) or for lunch or dinner, and I organized concerts or parties at home. So to be a host is a pleasure : to be a guest is a pleasure too
I was used to host people at home, to share my house, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tropical garden, especially with friends who,don't have the chance to have a big house and who are living in apartments. I loan my house everytime I go away, during many days or weeks.

Interests

Traveling, cultures, music (classical, opera, jazz, electro....) cooking, politics, news, Buddhism, meditation, going out with friends, world evolution and development... I don't like the routines. I like changes, discover, to look after new balances, everythong which is moving .
