About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Eat in a 3-stars Michelin restaurant, ride a harley on route 66 and catch a 500lbs giant tuna fish
ABOUT ME
I am a student in Biology, as I always wanted to study Botanic. I've had a scientific scholarship, but I always have been interested in Arts, pop art, art nouveau, surréalisme, and street art.
About music, I mostly listen to 60's music (folk songs, country, rock & roll and soul) and I really love blues above all.
I am a serious and reliable person, and a good cook (I've been told).
Also, I'm an always-on-time-guy, a food critique, a wine & cheese lover, a french-accent english speaker, and an easy-going couchsurfer!
PHILOSOPHY
I live for traveling, meet people and discover new landscapes, nature and ecosystems. I am really interested in biology, especially botanic, so every travel is the occasion for me to look at the flora and realize how much it's awesome!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Trying my best to give tips to the travellers in Paris, according of what they came here for. Some of the tourists in Paris want to see monuments and galerie Lafayette, but most of the couchsurfers ask me about secret hidden places that are tourist-free and where only parisian people go, and this is probably by going to those places that you'll really enjoy Paris. A bit like in this movie called "Midnight in Paris". Well I know Paris by heart, especially the left bank (south side) so you'll probably have to delay your flight back if you start visiting the places I suggested ;)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've couchsurfed in almost all the countries I visited, that is to say, a lot! The main thing that I can tell about CS, it's that it has been the best way for me to discover the customs and to get the best tips and advices that I wouldn't have had in a guidebook or tourist office! Over the years I have been used to couchsurf and 99% of my CS experience were great. Just had this totally weird japanese guy that hosted me once in Tokyo, but it's now more a funny memory than a bad experience!
Interests
I travelled the whole Europa for years, and then headed to other continents; I went to Japan for 3 months, Iceland for 2 months, and now heading to Canada for 5 months! So travelling is one of my big interests, along with hitch-hiking, camping, fishing and hiking. But that's for summertime only! When back in Paris, my interests are more like cooking and eating french food, drink wine, play piano & guitar, go cycle with friends, play football, go to the fresh market on sunday morning, spray some stencils and walk along the riverside.
