Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I was recently put out of my apartment by my roommate and I had to move back in with my mom all the way in Louisiana because I had nowhere else to go. And one of my friends (Who also used Couchsurfing) mentioned this site to me, so I thought I'd check it out. I'm looking to get out of my mom's house again and travel around a little bit until I can get myself back together and back on my feet and get myself to a point where I can not only take care of myself and still live comfortably, but also be able to help other friends/family whenever they need help with anything.

I know this is gonna sound like a corny Nicholas Sparks movie, but... I like to just go for long walks with friends, I love hanging out at the mall and going to the movies. I'm obsessed with wearing short shorts on the beach, I like to write music and short stories.

Hmmm... One amazing thing I've done? Right now, I would have to say one amazing thing I've done is finally deciding to start school again.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach people that no matter what they've been through, what they're going through, that nothing lasts forever. Because a storm eventually runs out of rain.

And I want people to learn to just love themselves for who they truly are. In the famous words of the legendary RuPaul "If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?" even though it's from a catchy song, the words couldn't have been more true.
