About Me

CURRENT MISSION

just riding the waves

ABOUT ME

I say a lot of dumb shit. (but I like to think im full of ideas). travelling, i have noticed im fairly giving, mainly when people are being a little bit stingey on the money. buying and cooking some food, beers, $3 museum entry fee's. all that. i guess its like buying friends, but if its necessary in order for me to have a good time then il do it! i love climbing statues in various countries. it makes for a good picture! and standing on subways, watching everybody lean together while it turns a little corner. and twirling my new moustache (.. look out paris). and my old car's windscreen washer (the little water jet that shoots onto the windscreen for cleaning) turning it to the side and wetting people in a brutal driveby. i love art and puppies. no thats a lie i hate dogs especially the barkers, and my artistic language ends at 'thats cool..' I am half sicillian italian (though going way back in time to when people used to have wars and invade places, im supposedly spanish by blood) and half australian (whatever that is!) and some say i look like sylvester stallone.. others say i look like a sloth or maybe chewbacca. all in all, blood linage is a stupidly ridiculous thing and theres no reason to love or hate any races especially the wookies. except Kiwi's (New Zealanders). they are stupid and have a stupid accent :D

PHILOSOPHY

relax about things, as my 'mission' states. i guess you could say go with the flow. in every way. things you dont like about someone and you cant BARE to ride the wave anymore, tell them blatently and have a laugh. also being ludicrously insulting or obscene to show that I am relaxed.. joking about is my philosophy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i started by hosting random drunk guys that missed their train on my apartment floor. ive now hosted a few people on couchsurfing! I'm a superb host, i let people take a dump in my toilet n all that.

Interests

hiking. longboarding and bike riding for travel. and playing the piano. oh and climbing statues for a good photo, usually but not limited to when drinking. Always investing in my embarrassing 50th!

Music, Movies, and Books

fight club! into the wild. 7 years in tibet. all things by sacha baron cohen. all music (i play piano which brings jazz and classical into the bill so literally all music). somehow i fell in love with donny hathaway though, his live album. i guess because he is just a lege-o. (legend)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

running down a steep mountain with loose rocks/gravel in tavan bogd national park, on the border of russia and mongolia

seeing and spontaneously skating down seacliffe bridge (wollongong NSW aus) for the first time.

arriving in china (Harbin).

Teach, Learn, Share

i guess i can play piano, and i can cook things but nothing special. except pizza (which is easy). i can come up with a good nickname for you.. ive noticed ridiculous nicknameing is particularly australian. i generally entertain and keep you amused if i just have a casual beer or 7. 'having a yarn' is an old fashioned way of telling a story,, invented long before the book or the television. it involves speaking! amazing! il teach it to you.

I have an incredible ability to find my way and not be lost, in any city. i would appreciate this being broken.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, China, Mongolia, South Korea
